This beautiful sycamore box is made from local sycamore with wooden hinges made from local cherry. The oversize hinges are robust and chunky but elegant and have been lovingly shaped into a tactile shape and feature sycamore wooden pegs. The box is lined with brown cow hide and the bottom of the box features brown cow hide and white sheep hide which has the makers mark branded into it.
The box measures 300mm x 200mm x 110mm .
The lid measures 350mm x 220mm x22mm.
Finished in danish oil.
